TERMS OF SALE
Smash the Mark reserves the right to revise the pricing of its nutritional supplement products at any time and without advance notice.
Although, Smash the Mark reserves the right to revise it's product as needed without advance notice.
Smash the Mark nutritional supplement products are shipped according to the standard methods of shipping in place at the time.
If a Smash the Mark product is received in damaged condition, then it should be reported immediately (within 7 days) to the Customer Service Department.
If a discrepancy exists between the quantity of items ordered and the quantity of items actually received, then Smash The Mark should be notified within seven business days of receipt of the shipment.
If you place an order online and then subsequently refuse to accept delivery of the order, then Smash the Mark can assess a restocking fee and the shipping charges.
All product returns should be pre-approved and received within 14 business days of authorization of the return.
Smash the Mark must receive a returned product before a credit for the returned product can be issued.
You will be responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when the Return Authorization is approved.
These Terms of Sale can be revised at any time should it be determined that it is in the best interests of Smash the Mark to do so.
COMMUNICATIONS
By creating a Smash the Mark account, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials that may be sent on behalf or by Smash the Mark. However, please feel free to opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
COUPONS
Smash the Mark has the right to accept and deny all coupons when the promotional period has expired. If there's a glitch in the system and products are advertised incorrectly, then Smash the Mark has the right not to accept and/or refuse the total order due to a glitch or malfunction in the system.

If there is a claim for copyright infringement, please contact us at: customerservice@smashthemark.org. Please title the email as: "Copyright Infringement" and include in your claim a detailed description of the alleged Infringement.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama.

Smash the Mark does not claim to that any of its products will cure any diseases or illnesses.
